FOOTBALL
What a joy it is to photograph the first football steps of th F Youth at the local club in St Sebastian (JSG Rheindörfer) near Koblenz, Germany. The enthusiasm of the trainers, the involvement of the parents, and the steady improvement of the players is truly inspiring. Obviously I am happy to see my son shooting a goal...
CAMPEONES X CHAMPIONS
I was fortunate to witness two incredible football celebrations: the arrival of the Spanish football team as World Champions in Madrid in 2010 and the return of the French team as European Champions in Paris in 2016. In Paris, the fans were wild with excitement. They jumped on car roofs, smashed windscreens, and filled the streets with smoke and chaos. The city was left in a state of frenzied jubilation.
In contrast, Madrid's celebration was marked by a more joyful and lively atmosphere. People jumped into fountains, splashed water at each other from windows, balconies, and buckets. Smiles were everywhere as the bus carrying the champions paraded through the city.

INDIAN FOOTBALL
In the heart of Delhi, amidst the hard pitch and uneven grass, under the relentless heat and smog, the passion for football thrives. Players and their dedicated trainer push through the thirst and sweat, driven by dreams of India at the World Cup. As the sun sets, the ball jumps unexpectedly... and it’s a goal! Every training session, every drop of water, every moment of perseverance fuels the passion and skills.
Simla Youngs is a club that was established back in 1936 and is thus one of the most traditional in India. Recently, however, clubs like Barcelona Gurgaon have started to open in the affluent suburbs of cities, Paris Saint Germain has also opened a football academy, and other European clubs are following suit. Naturally, the fees at such academies are not cheap. Coaches from Europe come for internships, and World Cup champions like David Trezeguet, Alessandro del Piero, and Robert Pirés have already played in the Indian Super League.
